Central Park Tower
TALLEST RESIDENTIAL TOWER IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE
Central Park Tower (also known as the Nordstrom Tower and 225 West 57th Street, its address) is a supertall mixed-use commercial/residential project being developed with our partner.
The building will rise 1,550ft (472 m) to the roof. Upon completion, Central Park Tower will become the tallest residential tower in the United States. The building will also be the tallest by roof height in the United States, surpassing the Willis Tower.
57th Street, stretching from Columbus Circle on the west side to Park Avenue on the east side, is one of the most sought after streets in New York City. Home to world renowned art galleries, Michelin starred restaurants, and high-end stores, this street is now best known for its recent influx of ultra-exclusive luxury condominium towers. These newly constructed, super-tall towers have succeeded in not only achieving the highest price points in Manhattan, but amongst the highest in the world – dubbing it the name "Billionaires' Row."
The planning and construction of Billionaires’ Row began with One57, and will shortly be met by 217 West 57th Street – commonly known as the Central Park Tower. SMI USA has partnered to develop the Central Park Tower, which at 138 stories and 1,775 feet will stand as the tallest residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. The completed tower will offer its residents 35,000 square feet of private amenity space, as well as unparalleled views of the famous Central Park and the city as a whole.
A luxury tower with extravagant interiors
Equipped with facilities and services such as a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, movie theater, 75-foot pool, lush terrace, and VIP cigar room, residents of this tower will never need nor want. The tower will elude luxury as exotic stones and materials will be hand-selected to decorate the extravagant interiors. The inconceivably long list of amenities alongside the top-of-the-line finishes will make this tower the most spectacular building in New York City, and arguably the world.
