modern flare that has come to define contemporary Manhattan architecture
The project was inspired by both the historic charm of many neighboring buildings and the modern flare that has come to define contemporary Manhattan architecture, Pelli Clark Pelli has designed a structure that will be a fixture in the New York skyline for decades to come. The 64-story, all-glass, high-rise tower will feature multiple front setbacks and a unique, geometric design on the lower five floors, which will accentuate the dramatic retail, lobby, and amenity space. The residential tower will consist of 124 residential units, with an average floor plan of 1,456 SF. Units will be well-appointed with modern finishes, high-end materials, and breathtaking views.
